A few neat clips captured during the 2014 running of the Eb's Classic Marathon Canoe race. This past week (July 19th and 20th) a few Saskatchewan Paddler's headed down to Michigan to partake in some of the events leading up to the Au Sable Canoe Marathon. One of those events was "Spikes Challenge", a lead up and practice race for many gearing up for "THE" marathon. SCC paddlers Cathy Rae, Ken English and Ivan English all participated along with RMCC paddlers Mike Vincent and Bob Vincent. Cathy and partner Steve Landick "in the mix!" Ivan and Mike riding wash off of Steve Lajoie and Andy Triebold.
Steve and Andy ended up winning with Mike and Ivan placing a very respectful 9th! - A great performance leading up to the Au Sable Marathon.
